Captainsmeeting 13th of April
Extra information for your assignment during the TIO Eventweek:
- The organisation will use a captains groups app (Whatsapp) to communicate. You can ask questions here and we will respond as quickly as we can. FAQ will be posted on the website. You’ve received an email to send your contact details to the organisation.
- Your lecturers will use Black Board to communicate with you during the week.
- How you and your team communicate/ work together is up to you. You can use Video Calling, Teams, Google Hangout, Zoom etc. Make sure you’re organising the first meeting at Monday starting at 12.30 pm
- Also make sure you’re setting up your own groups app as well before Monday.
- Teamphoto, we would like to receive a teamphoto. Deadline Tuesday 10.00 am. (be creative if you only have online contact)
Voting for student Awards
- Directly after 13.00 pm all the presentations will be uploaded to the voting page on this website.
- At 14.00 pm today you’ll receive an email with a personal number and link to the voting form.
- Your teacher is going to instruct you this morning how you’re going to watch all presentations.
- Vote before 17.00 pm!

In the voting form you fill in your email, name, personal number, groupsnumber and off course: You will vote for the group that you think should win this competition.
Pay attention!
Off course your group is the best and deserves all credits, but if you vote for your own group the vote is not being counted.
The finals Friday the 16th of April
Today you’ll receive an email with instructions about your login for tomorrow. You can log in from 09.45 am. The show ends around 11.15 am.

The jury will announce 5 finalists during the show. The captains of these finalists will appear in the show on screen and have to answer the final question(s) of the jury. (1 or 2 questions) After that the jury will come to the winner.

Deadline at 17.00 pm. You are handing in your first draft. “we are thinking of this concept with these touchpoints because……” The organisation will have a close look at this and will give you feedback before Tuesday morning, so you can use this to discuss in your group.

Deadline at 17.00 pm: You are handing in your draft of the event road map. There will be no direct feedback on this part.

09.30 am: Kick off session for all students to give an energetic boost! Same link as the day before.
Thursday the 15th of April
Deadline report at 12.00 am.
Deadline pitch/ presentation video at 13.00 pm.
At 14.00 pm: all students start looking at all peers pitches/presentations (of your own establishment) and choose who you think is the best.
