Develop a creative concept / strategy for Volvo Car Netherlands, through which a target group of 5.000 clients and prospects get the opportunity to experience the new Volvo EX30 in the best possible way.
- During a period of 3 weeks, Volvo Car The Netherlands will have 2 x EX30 cars available. These cars are not able to drive.
- Describe the customer journey. What will be the trigger for this target group to visit the event?
- Maximum available budget is 500K (€100 per visitor) for all costs involved. Show us your estimation of costs.
- Explain how your event strategy will contribute to the overall goal of Volvo to sell as many as possible EX30’s.

- For the budget we have made a budget menu for you so you can use this as a starting point.
- Immerse yourself in the client
- Research the target group, what is important to the target group and how do you reach this target group?
- Formulate the objectives SMART
- Provide a clear focus within the concept
- Customer journey, define the touch points in the concept
- Effect, ROI and impact, explain the effect. What are the benefits (achieved objectives) and what are the costs?
- Detailed budget
- Make a framework for the pitch/presentation (2 minutes max.)

How to hand in your work?
- You’ ve received a Google Drive link per group. You can use this for handing in your assignment
- The video has to be uploaded in this folder.
- Make sure you name your video like this: Groupnumber-video (for example: 18-video)
- You could create a Google account for this week for your group.
- The report (not the video) has to be handed in on Blackboard as well.
Communication and support
- The organisation will use the captains groups app (Whatsapp) to communicate. Captains can ask questions here and we will respond as quickly as we can.

- Captains: make sure you’re setting up your own group app with your team.
- Your teachers will help you the 2 days you're working on this assignment.
